Commencing with Narelle in April 2009, I had high hopes that I could drop 20kgs and regain a trim figure - get rid of that big tummy. Well, we did it, yes it was a team effort. Narelle's professional approach, her empathy and personal leadership were and continue to be instrumental. Narelle has the detailed knowledge of training and exercises that, I believe, only an elite athlete posesses. She combines these with her excellent people skills to produce a pattern of example and encouragement which is second to none. I'm busy, so after we set the goals I leave the planning to her. It works well.

I have a new lease on life, in fact I bought it back! Can't thank you enough Trainer Girl.

I started training with Narelle and Nathan in February, attending 3 sessions per week. I am currently training 5+ times a week! I set myself a goal to lose 10 kg and I'm over halfway to achieving this goal. Now my husband trains at the studio and our 2 children attend the children’s training session weekly. Sessions are varied, always including a level of fun to keep motivation high. You determine your level of intensity and are supported by the professional staff.
